Frequently Asked Reservation Questions

► Do I need to print my confirmation for the campground or activity booking?

In an effort to go paperless, CampReward has arranged for most of it's providers to do virtual redemption's. This means that you can show your phone or they can verify your information with an ID upon arrival. However, it is always a safe practice to print and bring a paper confirmation with you to your destination. If you are in a situation where there are any issues with your reservation upon your arrival at the campground, give us a call and we can fax or email the confirmation to the campground.

► How can I view my reservation information?

Once you book your reservation, you should receive an email with an access code and your confirmation attached. If you create an account upon booking, then you can log back in and view your current and past reservation information at any time.

► Can I change the dates of my reservation?

Yes, you can change your reservation if the RV Park or Campground has availability. CampReward does not charge for changing reservations, but the vendor may have a policy that requires a fee. Call or email us and we will gladly make any adjustments.

► How do I cancel my reservation?

You will first need to let CampReward know that you are going to cancel via phone, email or livechat. Depending on how late you cancel, the reservation may be non-refundable. You will have to review the vendor agreement when you book as it will state the policies on cancellation. Do not call the vendor directly to reschedule or cancel. Only a CampReward representative can make changes to a reservation.
